S.O.S. designs and sells trauma kits and first-aid kits intended to help outdoor enthusiasts, including hunters, fishermen, and off-road users, respond to injuries encountered in the field.

Our products are designed to help you respond to a traumatic injury in the field until professional medical help arrives. They are not a substitute for professional medical treatment, emergency medical services, or proper training. Nothing on our website, packaging, or marketing materials is a guarantee of any medical outcome. Effective use of kit components, including items such as tourniquets, requires proper training (we recommend a course such as Stop the Bleed).

If you or someone near you is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on our products in place of seeking professional medical care as soon as it is available.

Outdoor activities and emergency injury response carry inherent risk. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept that risk, including the risk that a kit or its contents may not prevent injury, further harm, or death.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S.O.S. and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, death, or damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We are committed to sourcing components made in the U.S.A whenever possible, and our kits are hand-assembled domestically. Some individual components may be manufactured outside the United States. Specific country-of-origin information for individual components is available upon request by contacting us at the email in Section 11.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee, 30-Day Returns: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.  We cover return shipping on purchases within the United States, and there is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. 

1-Year Limited Warranty: we warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, alteration, or damage caused by use of the product in an actual emergency. To make a warranty claim, contact us at the email in Section 11 with your order number and a description of the issue.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

 We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Because our products are made to order, shipping timelines range from 3 to 25 business days depending on the item. Shipping costs are provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. 

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of S.O.S. or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to misrepresent your identity when placing an order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
